Is a financial institution, established by the government of Tanzania in 1984 under the Trustees incorporations ordinance chapter 375
The objective of PTF is to promote self help and self- employment spirit to marginalize especially to empower youth and women in Tanzania by providing innovative financial and non financial through a team of competent staff in ensuring creation to the beneficiaries
President Trust Fund invites competent enteric self motivated for the below analyzed and seek to appoint dedicated highly organized and qualified candidates for the following options
1. HEAD OF OPERATIONS
QUALIFICATONS AD SPECIFICATIONS
- degree in banking accountancy, economics or business administration’s from recognized institute
- master degree in business administration re added advantage
- having trained in the knowledge and clear understanding of procurement regulations policies and laws governing the microfinance sector
- familiar with computer and banking applications
- customer satisfaction orient ant and sales competencies
- ability to work in goal and oriented environment
Duties
- to manage credit portfolio
- to coordinate and organize the operations
- to maintain consistence and protect the portfolio from fraud
2. INTERNAL AUDIT
QUALIFICATIONS
- graduate in accountancy from recognized institutions and holder of CPA or its equivalent qualifications
- registered with NBAA in the category of certified public accountant
- at least 5 yrs experience in an accountant/auditor
main duties
- to perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management control management over operations effectiveness, financial reliability compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
- to formulate and recommend short and medium term plans of the internal audit-sections
- to send continuously evaluate departments performance with the aim of maintaining high standard and keep the staff morale high
- asses the degree of ad hence to fund polices and regulations by the different department
PROCUREMENT OFFICER
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree in procurement
- Registered with procurement and supplies professionals technician board
MAIN DUTIES
- To development PTF procurement strategy
- Creation and mange short mid and long goals and objectives
- Liaise with PTF’s service providers
- management of procurement during sourcing contracting suppliers management and support PTF internal procurement activities
